These have got to be one of the best turkey burgers I have ever had. I’m not just saying that because I made them either. They are moist and juicy. I love a burger with good char marks on them and these fit the bill perfectly. I have also cooked these on the stove top and they come out great that way also. Eat them with your favorite hamburger bun or make it a lettuce wrap. Be sure to make a few extra because they re-heat fabulous and they are great to have the next day. Ready for the recipe?!!
They are full of spinach, roasted red bell peppers (I get mine at Trader Joe’s in a jar), sweet potato, some feta cheese and spices. Make them as small or large as you would like. You could also use extra lean ground beef if you prefer.
