We got snow yesterday! I must admit it was so nice just to stay home and watch the snowfall and not have to go out in it. It always takes me a few weeks to adjust to the cold…my blood needs to have time to thicken up again. Ha! This picture was from last year…we didn’t get this much snow…yet. (if you like my sweater check out the sidebar…I linked some great ones!) I got my Christmas tree decorated and will be posting all the details on Thursday.
Today here are 6 Yummy Apple Recipes that look so delish! Some of these I have made and the bundt cake is on my list for this week. When it gets cold outside it always makes me want to bake. Good thing we got that treadmill in the basement. Enjoy all things apple before peppermint takes over all our senses!

I’m going to have to make these Apple Crisp Shortbread Bars this is genus may have to tweak it a bit to make it sugar free (type 2 diabetes ) but i think it will still come out nom nom nom 🙂
