Weekly Clean Eats ~ 2

1With summer here this looks so cool and refreshing. Perfect for a casual evening. Maybe add a piece of grilled chicken. Then you have room for that dessert.

***photo credit & recipe4I love anything made with avocados and have recently become a fan of veggie noodles. This you can make using pasta or veggie noodles and both are a healthy option. Again, add some of your favorite meat on the side and you have a great meal. I’m thinking some grilled salmon would be awesome.
