The weekend before last my daughter and I drove from Minnesota to Colorado for my nieces wedding. The drive really isn’t that bad (13 hours) and I like having my car so that I can come and go when I please. We had a wonderful time spending the weekend with family and friends…some that we hadn’t seen in over 8 years. We laughed a lot, shared some memories, danced together and went out to dinner. The time went by wayyyyy too fast and I’m looking forward to the next wedding so we can do it again! This is photo overload…enter at your own risk. Ha.
My beautiful niece and her twin brother. It was special for him to walk her down the aisle. He told me later he was holding back the tears the whole time. Awwww.
Here she is with her groom. His family has an Irish background, thus the kilt and the theme. Their last name is Murray so it was fun to shout “they are finally Murrayed!”.
This is my oldest brother, me, youngest brother, older sister, step-dad and Mom. There is always one or two not looking at the camera. Haha!
Me, my Dad and my brother. My Dad is 86 this year and was so happy for us to be together for the day.
I HAD to throw this one in here. This is my daughter Jessica and a family friend, Jacob. We have pictures of them together when Jess was just a year old. They haven’t seen each other in over 10 years. It was only fitting that we get a picture of them together.
This fruit platter was amazing! I could go for some of this right now.
Jon and Kylie getting a little feisty with the cake. They were so sweet and very gently mashed a bit on each others noses.
The first dance. Love how you can see the tenderness between them. They are so sweet to each other. Here’s wishing them a lifetime of happiness!
My daughters, Breanna and Jessica with their Papa. You will notice he has an empty wine glass in his hand. He hadn’t had wine in years and thoroughly enjoyed his glass.
My sister Kari, my Mom and I. Not sure when the last time was that we just had our picture together. We don’t live close together (Cali, Colorado & Minnesota) so it is a treat when we can get a photo together.
My daughters…my joy…my world…beautiful inside and out…I’m blessed to be their Mom.
Great pictures Cindy!! and it was so great to spend time together… wish we could more often…
Love you… your big sis
