Happy Friday ladies! I can hardly believe that it is Thanksgiving next week. We are going to our daughter and son-in-laws home for Thanksgiving this year and I am so excited! I have waited for the day when one of my kids host and I’m here for it. There is a list of goodies that I’m making and taking over. This weekend we are off to put up a Christmas tree at our son’s home. I’m just about done around here and have been sharing lots over on my Instagram account. Have a wonderful weekend!
Friday Favorites – My Favorite Things This Week – Vol 14
1. Battery operated lights with a timer are my jam! It’s such an easy way to add some light to your decor where you don’t have a plug in or want “heavier” lights. These fairy lights are my favorite.
2. Being a partner with SeroVital Beauty means trying out new products. I recently received TriHydrate Concentrate and can’t wait to see the results. All their products are free from the “yuckies”!
3. I’m a coffee drinker in the morning and switch to tea in the afternoon. This hot water kettle has the water hot in just a few minutes! You can adjust the temperature and it is so handy for anything that you may need hot water for.
4. Love shopping the big box stores, but I also love to support small businesses. My favorite place to shop is ETSY. I recently ordered a few cookbooks, some screen savers for my frame tv and a handmade picture [my 4th one from her, shhhh don’t tell Tom]. haha I just found that the frame tv is on sale under $1000! This is for the 55″. I absolutely love it being able to change the pictures. It looks like a piece of art over the mantle.
5. Last week I tried out the Trunk Club from Nordstrom. Game changer! They sent 13 pieces and I had 5 days to go through the box and try everything on. Free shipping and returns and if you are a Nordstrom Card Holder then your styling fee of $25 is waived.
6. I bought this toaster for Tom for Christmas two years ago [do you ever do this?] because I wanted it! It is still going strong and I love how it looks in our kitchen. It’s a little pricey, but totally worth it!
7. A cute sherpa jacket is always a good idea. Soft and comfy with a pop of pink. It’s 20% off too!
8. The other day I picked up this sherpa and plush comforter set. Tom and I LOVE it on our bed! It is so so cozy. Fair warning, it makes it harder to get up in the morning because you want to just snuggle in.
9. I always tell my family that you can get me anything from Anthropologie! Don’t you just love their window displays? Some of my favorite beanies are from there and this one is so fun with the interchangeable pom.
10. This reindeer sweater is festive yet neutral at the same. It’s playful and preppy!
