MY 10 FAVORITE THINGS IN OCTOBER

Yes, we had some snow flurries this past week. While it didn’t stick it was fun to see some white stuff coming down.

How are we at the end of the month already? I don’t want to blink because Christmas is going to be here so fast. I’m  working on getting my list of ideas for my kids together and hoping to be done with all my shopping in the next few weeks.

I have bought some new things this month that I am sharing with you today. So many good ones! So let’s go and see My 10 Favorite Things in October.

1. Wow! The Billie razor is the best! I am not a big fan of subscription services but I signed up for Billie. These Billie razors work so well! I love them for more than just their shaving ability, the magnetic shower holder it comes with is pretty great. Works great compared to the crazy suction cup holders that always fall from the wall. It comes with two, 5 blade cartridges and the magnetic holder for only $9 and free shipping. I have new blades coming every three months and their shaving cream is amazing! A little goes a long way and smells so good. I will be ordering this as I need it. It’s gonna last a long time.

2. This sweater from American Eagle is so comfortable and I get compliments every time I wear it. It comes in quite a few colors in solids and stripes and I am ordering more! This is one of those cozy sweaters that you will wear all winter long.

3. I’ve talked about this lamp before, but just had to tell you about it again since I have been using it for a few months now. It has been so great! I have it on my desk and it gives me the perfect amount of light when I am working on my computer at night. Bonus, is the wireless charging pad on the base. This would be a great Christmas gift, also!

4. My little pup, Mia has a sensitive stomach and these tummy treats help keep her balanced and are good for her. These probiotic supplements help with quite a few different things including bad breath and allergies and will help your fur baby have a healthy immune system. Just 2 chews a day keeps her happy.

5. With the weather cooling off it seems like I always have cold feet and hands. This Whisper Soft Faux Fur Throw keeps me toasty when I’m watching tv and I have been known to walk around the house wrapped up in a blanket. At 50% off they are a great deal. You can never have too many blankets IMO. Comes in 2 neutral colors.

6. This sweater from Free People comes in 4 colors and is 40% off! With the cowl neck you can wear it dipped off the shoulder for a dressier look. My favorite color is the purple, but you can never go wrong with the black!

7. Mr. Tom and I have talked about getting a treadmill for years and finally got one. Living in Minnesota you just can’t get outside when those temps drop and we always have an excuse not to go to the gym. Having one in the basement has been great and I was really surprised that you can get a NordicTrack for such a great price! My daughter and her husband bought the same one and really like it, too! It was easy to put together. I do suggest that you pay the $20 to have it delivered to your room of choice. Best $20 I have ever spent!

8. This collagen is new to me and I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now. The first thing I have noticed is that my joints feel so much better! This is one of the side benefits. I can’t wait to see how my face looks in a few more weeks. I will let you know for sure. This is so easy to take. Just a shot and a glass of water. It tastes like a sweet/sour candy…not bad at all!

9. I am a Kendra Scott necklace lover (I have more than 10 of them) and when this one came up on sale I knew I wanted to share it with you. It is 50% off and any girl would be thrilled to get it. Hint. Hint. Santa Claus.

10. I love supporting small business and here is a shop that I have bought quite a few items from. Some risers that I’m going to use for my holiday buffets and decorating just to name one.
