Ok…hang on. It’s summer. 2017. What the heck?!!
I am sitting outside writing this and looking at the flowers growing on my porch and the tomato plant that looks like it will be loaded soon. Yay!
There has been a lot going on with me health wise and I really have contemplated writing about it for sometime. I feel like I am getting a handle on things and thought I would share it with you and the products I have been using (along with life-style changes) in the chance that it might help someone.
I know I have spent countless hours on the computer researching and looking for remedies. While I don’t claim to have all the answers I know what is working for me and want to share it with you. If you have any questions along the way (I will share in multiple posts) I will do my best to help you out and get an answer. Just one tip for today…if you have been sitting at your computer now for hours…get up and walk around and have a big glass of water. It will help you refocus and feel better. Promise!
All I know is at 50+ it is not fun to wake up not feeling good, no energy, anxiety out the wazoo and feeling depressed about it. I am determined not to let these things rule my life and to enjoy the next 50 years at their fullest.
Sooooo, I just wanted to check in and let you know that I am still alive and doing better and to wish you a fantastic summer full of special times with family, friends, grill days and no mosquito bites! LOL
I would love to hear from you! What are you up to this summer? Going on vacation? Stay-cation? What is your favorite thing about summer?
Much love, Cindy
Hello ,
I saw your tweet about animals and thought I will check your website. I like it!
I love pets! I have two beautiful thai cats called Tammy(female) and Yommo(male).
Yommo is 1 year older than Tommy. He acts like a bigger brother for her. 🙂
I have even created an Instagram account for them ( https://www.instagram.com/tayo_home/ ) and probably soon they will have more followers than me (kinda funny).
I have subscribed to your newsletter. 🙂
Keep up the good work on your blog.
Regards
Wiki
Thank you! Love our little furry babies. 🙂
