WAYS TO WEAR WHITE AFTER LABOR DAY
Hi to a new week! We had a gorgeous sunny weekend and got out for a little antiquing at a favorite show that comes to our area every year. I picked up a few pieces to add to my holiday decor. I can hardly believe it’s about time to think about getting the Christmas trees out!
So glad that gone are the days of it being taboo about wearing white after Labor Day. I remember when I was a teenager and I had the cutest pair of shoes, but I couldn’t wear them in September because they had white on them! Seems really crazy when I think about it. Now that we have thrown that myth out the window here are some fun Ways to Wear White after Labor Day.

When this sweater arrived I knew that wearing it with some white jeans would really make it pop. It’s so soft and cozy like wearing a light blanket. I paired it with some booties and some gold jewelry and I am ready for a date night. This sweater also comes in 4 color options. Psst…just found the jeans on clearance! I am wearing a size Med. in the sweater and a 12 in jeans.

Every. Single. Time. This dog…she is under my feet, behind me or up on the bed. She is the funniest little thing and think it’s all about her. I have to agree. ♥

How about a top coat over some white pants. I love this look! This would be perfect for a day at the office or getting out on the town. I got this faux leather jacket last fall and to be honest I haven’t worn it that much because it seems silly to wear it in the summer and that whole white after labor Day thing. After shopping in my closet I came up with this outfit. I like the longer tail on my top sticking out the back. It has some subtle white stitching and I added a pink necklace for a little color.
