GOOEY LUCKY CHARMS MARSHMALLOW TREATS
We are currently in Florida to get away from the cold temps in MN and it’s cold here today! The joke is on me. When it’s cold out I just want to bake and make goodies. It’s so bad…please tell me you are the same way. I can’t possibly be the only one! What is your favorite dish to cook or bake when you feel like having a cozy day?
Today I made some Gooey Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats and they are so addicting! They are full of color with the sprinkles and I’m wondering why I didn’t make them this way before. The slight crunch will have you clamoring for more. I had to send the rest of them with my daughter to work because I really wanted to eat the whole pan. They go great with your afternoon coffee.
With just a few ingredients you will have these done in no time!
What do I need?
- mini marshmallows
- butter
- lucky charms cereal
- sprinkles (optional)
I found the Lucky Charms in a special edition for St. Patrick’s day. These would be great to make for each holiday that has the fun colors added to them.
Enjoy and have a great day! If you like these make sure you check out these muffins and pie.

Gooey Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp salted butter
- 8 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 7 cups mini marshmallows
- sprinkles (optional)
- non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray (you can also line with foil if desired)
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Be careful not to burn.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Mix in the cereal and then fold in the sprinkles if using.
- Transfer mixture to your prepared pan. Smooth with the back of a rubber spatula coated with cooking spray or get your fingers wet and gently press down. The water will help the mixture not stick to your fingers.
- Top with additional marshmallows from the cereal and sprinkles to the top if desired.
- Cool at room temperature.
- Cut into desired size and enjoy!!!
This looks delicious. A Great treat to make with your grandchildren! I’ll have to try it.
Enjoy!
