Happy Friday Friends! Whew…it’s been awhile since I have connected with you. How are you doing? I am doing good and working on some new ideas for the blog here and my Instagram account.

The summer is flying by and wish I could grab the calendar by the throat and tell it to slow down. 🙂 We are off to a cabin in Wisconsin next week and I am looking forward to some kayaking time and reading in the sun. We were in Colorado for the 4th of July and wouldn’t you know it I didn’t take many pictures…none are post worthy for sure. I promise to do better this next week. 🙂

My daughters and I have gone a little Nordstrom Anniversary Sale crazy this year. Have you gotten in on this sale? Here is a recap of my Instagram this week and links to my favorite pieces. The booties I got last year, but linked some that are similar.

Booties

I went a little crazy for these shoes…I mean they are the cutest, right?!? With these colors it will be fun to finish out the summer and into the fall a bit depending on where you live. I’m afraid my tootsies will be slipping into more booties soon. 🙁

Tassel Peach Slip-ons

Green Embroidered Loafer

Tan Studded Loafer

This top I found on the cutest shop site on Instagram. Sometimes you just aren’t sure what the quality will be shopping from an “unknown”. I am so glad I ordered this! It is so quality, soft and comfortable. Perfect with shorts, jeans and can transition into fall with a cardigan easily. Give this shop a try…you will be happy you did. 🙂

Addison Top

On my trip a few weeks ago to Omaha with my husband (he worked…I shopped) I discovered Scheel’s. I thought it was just a sports store, but to my surprise they have a lot of really cute clothes! This is where I bought this floral and striped sweatshirt. Fun colors that will carry me right into the cooler temps. Paired with some comfy slip-ons and I’m ready for a day out running errands! My necklace is from J.Crew that I’ve had for awhile.
