When you think of Spanx does your mind automatically go to tight sucking undergarments? I know mine did! Then I found the New Everyday Essential Shorts called the Sunshine Shorts and immediately ordered a pair. It was love from the first time I tried them on! I now have 2 pair and I want to wear them everyday. Pssst…they are so slimming while giving you room to breathe!

These shorts come in 4″, 6″ and 10″ inseam. I found the 10″ to be perfect for me and I am most comfortable in. They have pockets and are water resistant. With a UPF of 50+ these are a great summer short! I am wearing a size large [I’m 5’5″ and 170 lbs]. They do recommend that if you are in-between sizes to size down.
Did I tell you they are pull-on?! I don’t know why this excites me so much, but it does. The material is breathable and quick dry. You can wear these from the boat to out to dinner. I “dressed” mine up a bit for these pictures, but I love them for out on a walk with my tennis shoes as well.
Let’s give this top some love for a sec! First off it is so cool and comfortable and I really like that it covers the bootay! The bat-wing sleeves help to hid my arms which are by far not my favorite right now [cue some light-weights]. It does come in more color options if black is not what you are looking for. I have seen it in the soft pink and it’s so pretty!
