Chicken Pot Pie Soup
5 QUICK AND EASY DINNERS
Are you looking for some quick and easy dinners? I have 5 Quick and Easy Dinners for you today. Besides, these are perfect for any night of the week. Since my kids are grown I’d rather skip cooking all together, but my hubs would get tired of taking me out every night, so quick and easy it is! I love a good soup and one you can just mix up real quick in the crockpot is even better. This Chicken Pot Pie Soup is always a winner around my house.
Sheet Pan Balsamic-Herb Chicken & Veggies
How easy is this! Just chop your veggies (or buy them already done) add your chicken and some spices, throw it on a pan and presto you got it. I’m always on the lookout for new things to do with chicken…Seriously, aren’t we all? The balsamic gives it a kick of flavor and you are getting lots of healthy veggies in there, too.
Sweet Korean Paleo Chicken Thighs
These Sweet Korean Thighs are sooooo delish, quick AND easy. I think I had this put together in just a matter of minutes. For the cauliflower rice she talks about I just bought a bag of riced cauliflower and it made it so much easier. So full of flavor and besides, if have any leftovers they are great re-heated or even cold the next day for lunch. It works great for a fantastic Paleo dinner.
Turkey Chili Taco Soup
I know that Spring is almost here, but I had to add another soup. Are you like me and like soup all year round? I mean we drink hot coffee, right? This Turkey Chili Taco Soup is really quick and easy with basically dumping everything into the pot and letting it simmer. It is so full of flavor! I love it with some tortilla chips on the side. At only 225 calories a serving it is a great light soup.
Turkey Meatball Stroganoff
The Turkey Meatball Stroganoff is one that my son-in-law asks for over and over. I must admit I have cheated and made it even easier by using frozen pre-made meatballs. I have done it both ways and they are equally good. Just depends on how much time you have. It is creamy goodness that has turned out amazing each time using the Instant Pot. We also enjoy them over rice or noodles. Whichever way you choose you will not be disappointed.
