Perfect Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tsp real vanilla

Method
 

  1. In a meduim sized bowl whisk eggs until nice and smooth.
  2. Add instant pudding and blend well.
  3. Blend in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Add your milks and blend well.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Pour into your ice cream maker and freeze according to your machines instructions.
