Method
- Heat oven to 375 F
- Cream butter, sugars, egg & vanilla together.
- Add baking soda, salt & cinnamon; give it a good stir.
- Add the flour and oatmeal; stir to combine.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by spoonfuls (as small or big as you want) onto your baking pan, lined with baking mat or parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 -14 minutes depending on the size of your cookie.
- Under bake for a softer cookie and a little longer for a crispy cookie.
