Triple Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks room temperature butter
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups oats (quick or old fashioned)
  • 1/2 cup each of semi-sweet, dark & white chocolate chips (more or less to taste)

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 375 F
  2. Cream butter, sugars, egg & vanilla together.
  3. Add baking soda, salt & cinnamon; give it a good stir.
  4. Add the flour and oatmeal; stir to combine.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls (as small or big as you want) onto your baking pan, lined with baking mat or parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10 -14 minutes depending on the size of your cookie.
  8. Under bake for a softer cookie and a little longer for a crispy cookie.
  9. Cool and Enjoy!!!
